Q: How are your candles made?
Our candles are hand-poured with love in our Suffolk home. They're crafted using Soy wax and only the finest vegan, cruelty-free ingredients.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
We usually take 2 days to process an order. Please note that this does not include shipping time.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2 days after your order has been processed. However, this may vary depending on the number of candles ordered.
Q: How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is dependent on how many candles are ordered. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How should I care for my candle?
For detailed instructions on how to care for your candle, please refer to our candle care guide.
Q: How do you ensure the quality of your candles?
We rigorously test our candles to ensure the best experience for our customers. This includes testing for burn times, melt pools, hot and cold scent throws, mushrooming wicks, and ensuring they do not produce too much soot and smoke.
Q: Do you offer gift options?
We do not offer gift packaging currently but it is something we are looking into. We can add a gift message, just make a note at checkout or send a message to info@scentsofpurpose.co.uk with the order number and message required.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please refer to the returns policy for general info. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damage along with your order number and email it to info@scentsofpurpose.co.uk as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement for you.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can cancel your order providing it has not been dispatched.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
We currently do not accept international orders, but it is something we are looking into.
Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, if you are a retail store looking to stock our candles please get in touch with us.
Q: What steps do you take to ensure ethical sourcing of your ingredients?
All ingredients are sourced from suppliers that provide all the SDS sheets, IFRA allergen data, and cruelty-free, vegan ingredients.
